MRS.Shelly Girma Kaufmann was born and grew up in Ethiopia: Shelly study her primary and high school study in Ethiopia and moved to Israel. Shelly speaks several languages English, Amharic and Hebrew. She started her high education in Israel. Business Administration Degree (Touro American BA College),Hotel Management and Administration (Hadassah Academic College), Tour Operation and A Travel Agent , License Israeli tour Guide at (The Hebrew University of Jerusalem) one of the top universities in the world.

She is working in Israel tourism sector since 2005. She working for 15 years on the best hotel’s in Israel. The Mamilla Hotel Jerusalem, The King David Jerusalem Hotel and Leonardo Hotel Jerusalem. She worked as a Receptionist, Assistant Receptionist Manager, Sales, A guest service center and Concierge.
She has great professional experiences and she has traveled to many countries for experience sharing.

She mostly travels with her groups during visits to different parts of the country to ensure her clients’ maximum comfort and share her professional experiences to her groups. She has won a lot of positive comments from the groups her traveled with them.
